Where is Tura based?
Tura is based in Blagovna, a place with a rich history that technically no longer exists. This name was given to the mansion built in 1624, and the local community of Blagovna was named after it. In these areas, there was once a true zoo or wild animal garden, as well as one of the first heated greenhouses for plants in the world.
The Tura team carries out its activities on the estate in Goričica, where the Café Pri Kulturni pip`ci is also located, providing a pleasant starting point for walks and hikes through the beautiful nature of Blagovna.
The Story of Tura
The idea for the website TURA.SI came to Tom years ago when, as part of the Café Pri Kulturni pip`ci, he organized events in a slightly different way. Tom combined music, literature, and comedy with cuisine and various experiences. Through his creative approach and small additions, the path for TURA was set. The main guiding principle of TURA is a fun adventure for all ages, intertwined with storytelling and experiencing tales from history, relaxation, and an escape from everyday life.

The leader and founder of TURA is a versatile creator. He writes books, performs, loves coffee… For him, life is a game. Throughout his life, he has done many things – he has been a DJ, stand-up comedian, actor, director, screenwriter, writer, improviser, random passerby, friendly neighbor, casual coffee drinker, and much more. He enjoys everything he does, approaching it all with a touch of humor, which is why everything he creates is fun, unforgettable, and unique.
